Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Non-Refundable Items: Certain services, like personalized cakes, are non-refundable after confirmation.
    • Room Booking Refunds: Refunds for room bookings will be processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations.
    • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at booking.
    • Rescheduled Bookings: Rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds.
    • Damaged Property: Refunds may be withheld if any property damage occurs during the event.
    • Processing Fee: A nominal fee may be deducted for cancellations to cover administrative costs.
