Terms and Conditions

  • Booking Policy: All reservations are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Room Capacity: Guests must adhere to the maximum capacity for each room type (e.g., Prince Room for 5 members only).
  • Event Timing: Guests must start and end events within the reserved time slot. Additional time may incur extra charges.
  • Add-Ons: Add-on services like decor, cakes, and fog entry must be requested at least 48 hrs in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72 hrs prior to the event are eligible for a partial refund. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hrs.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, with at least 48 hrs notice.
  • Damages: Any damages to the property or equipment during the event will be charged to the guest.
  • Behavior Policy: Guests are expected to maintain decorum. Any unruly behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without a refund.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events like natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction.
